Hello, I am in the Navy and about to move to New London, CT. I am interested in purchasing a multi-family home and have some questions about the area. Home prices and rental rates seem pretty good in New London. Are there any areas I should avoid or certain things I should be looking for? Any local contacts and information would be very helpful. I will be needing a realtor and property manager if you have any you would recommend. Thank you!
