An additional question about Tax deeds. If successful at the auction and you re the new owner, how do you get a current tenant out of the property? I assume that  if you knock on the door they are not going to be receptive to your request to vacate. Is this where you would need a lawyer to start the process of getting them out through a court order? Would you even knock on the door to ask them to vacate given the world we live in these days and go straight to the court? Thank you

New to the forums. I have identified a Tax deed property that is a good prospect. Looking for tips with regards to searching to get to the real meat of this investment. How can I search for other leans that might be on the property, is there a way to see how much mortgage is left on the property and any other tips that people have about this type of real estate. Thank you
