I am about to close on a repo and looking to flip it. If anyone has any names of trustworthy contractors I would be happy to take a look at them.

Yes my flip is in tulsa @Amber Masters. So far I have had great success with my rentals in tulsa.  

If this is the cost of your LOC then you need to find another option. Is the 7k a one time fee for getting a LOC started?

I'm also a new member to BP and do most my real estate deals in Tulsa. I recently bought a repo and will be looking to do a complete remodel. Looking for good subcontractors in Tulsa. 

Most my properties are buy/hold investments but this will be my first flip (hopefully).
