I have a job it's just not cutting it I'm looking to change this by getting into real estate . I always see these ads or hear stories on how people started with little to no money and was wondering if it was true , I'm not lazy j. No regaurd just need a mentor

so I always read start in real estate with 0$ money how do I do that . I'm broke and need to change my life style I'm barely making it for my son
