I have purchases a house and need some plumbing and bathroom makeover. Also would like to convert the garage since already has all the plumbing for kitchen and bathroom

Thanks for the input. I have noticed that the prices are a bit higher than what they used to be. Being in Los Angeles, it looks like that’s the closest we have for cashflow multi family.
