I'm looking for a referral for a reputable AirBnB (short term rental) operator for a unit in Chicago. 

Thank you! I own this property with a partner and we both want to be hands off. I have 70 doors that I LTR and actively manage so not trying to learn a new aspect and have day to day responsibilities.  

I forgot to mention that this is a northwest side neighborhood in Chicago.

I'm trying to find good STR mgmt companies that would be able to manage a 2 flat in Albany Park and a single apartment in a 20 unit bldg in West Ridge. I'm completely new to this but am an experienced multifamily investor that self manages. I want to be hands off with the STR's. Please recommend great management companies to consider.

I've heard that it may not be allowed unless I live in the 2 flat. This 2 flat has just been very extensively rehabbed. 1st fl is a 2150 sq ft duplexed down unit with 4 bd/2 ba - with in unit laundry. 2nd fl is a 1100 sq ft 3 bd/2 ba apartment with laundry in the basement. 

Location is within 15 min of O'hare and 15 - 25 min from city center neighborhoods.

The west ridge unit is a new attractive 1 bd garden apartment with 9 ft or taller ceilings.
