I have invested in Washington state since the 90s. In Seattle, Vancouver and Spokane. Lots of opportunities for sure as many are moving here from California. I am a cash buyer so the main complaint I have is the pesky sales tax on real estate transfers, but you don't have to worry about that wholesaling. Best of luck!
