Hello everyone!
Currently I have four seperate LLC's that I share with one business partner equally. Let's call them A, B, C, and D. We have been running each one independently for about 3 years.
Company A earns no income and as of right now has no purpose. I would like to turn Company A into a holding company and make companies B, C, and D subsidiaries of Company A.
My question is... Does Company A have to make purchase agreements to "buy out" companies B, C, or D. Or can we simply relinquish our rights of each company to Company A because the overall shares/percentages do not change?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
