Im having a hard time wholsaleing locally because no one knows what im talking about around here

Thank you Mr. Schneider I was wondering if there is a way to wholesale in a different state then the one I live in

Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen my name is Lance Stull I am from Centerville Iowa, a little background on me: I am 24 years old I graduated high school in 2008, 6 months latter I joined the Marine Corps serverd 4 years, 2 tours in Afghanistan got out about 2 years ago I have two young boys and I am recently divorced I am very new to real-estate investing and haven't done my first deal yet. If there is anything I can do for anyone out there in exchange for advice or guidance I would be very grateful and offer my services anyway I can to expand your business and my knowledge. do I get the paperwork I need for a wholesale like contracts?

Thank you all so much for the advice I was a little nervous about my first deal but I will defiantly try all of you suggestions very much appreciated   

Hopefully someone is awake to answer this I would like to know if the huge list of "we buy houses for cash" would be a good start to sell a property

Any one with advice would be greatly appreciated
