The property was owner finance and believe the owner said he wanted to refinance 3 years from the purchase date. So, that would be about a year and a half from now.

I bought a couple of rental houses a little over a year ago. Both houses are very stable now with rent paying tenants. But, because of the many repairs that I had to make in the beginning I occur a big chunk of debt on my credit report.

Can I invest in more properties now, or do I need to improve the health of my credit report?
