Can anyone suggest a good book which teaches the implications of taxes when Investing in Real Estate?

Is there a book which guides an Investor on how to structure a Deal/Financing to produce a high DSCR that he might have a better chance at qualifying for a Loan?

Thank you. :D

First and foremost I give a hearty thank you to the many wonderful Real Estate Investors/Professionals who give of their valuable time and knowledge on this Forum to educate us neophytes.

My question regards the subject of Leverage

Is it true by increasing the amount of funds borrowed and decreasing the amount of funds invested in a property you can actually earn a higher rate of return on your invested capital?

Thank you :D
