Hello fellow investors, wanted to get your expert advice on the Cincinnati, OH market about buying multifamily units. Is it a good market to invest in terms if CoC return and Cap rate? What are some of the good neighborhoods as I am CA based and needed some recommendations about investing in OH market?

I am a new investor but really liking it so far. Really great advice from people on this topic about getting ready with knowledge on different strategies as opportunity is definitely going to come by end of 2020 and beginning of 2021. I feel creative financing is another area to explore which would be key to investment without using your own money. I am building a list of buyers though networking, FB groups, Meetups and through opens homes.
