Hey Guys,

I've been interested in starting a self storage place from ground up. I'm in the middle of getting my business plan ready and I'm looking at contractors. I live in Idaho and have the area pinpointed the site. The site is approved for self storage and I have the site plan, landscape plan, elevation plan, excavation plan and all the paperwork. The problem is I'm having troubles finding investors. Is there away that I can start this company for ground up with no money down? Or am I going to have to be in a joint venture option with the investors, investors being 99% owner and I would be 1% owner. Is there any options that I have to start this endeavor. I am very motivated to start.

Thanks,

Dave Sullivan
