@Suneet Goraya as a local realtor here in Sac I would say personally I LOVE that area!!! The proximity to shopping on Truxel, access to the river, an ability to shoot to the Bay Area real quick if need be, the new construction over there is great for property values and there’s a ton of improvement going on in south and north natomas respectively. Helped a client purchase in Natomas a little over a year ago and she’s gained nearly 10% equity already!

Thanks for the insight! Do you think that 10% is somewhat inflated though due to the pandemic? Do you think that area will stay hot after the market kind of cools down, especially in comparison to other neighborhoods within Natomas. How much do you think this area is worth, in terms of price per sq foot? Really appreciate your advice! Looking at a few properties in the area, but I’m not too familiar with Sacramento so it can be a bit challenging

Looking for advice on Natomas Crossing investments for rental property, within the Sacramento area. Does anyone have any experience with this neighborhood? There seems to be a lot of construction going on, but I’ve heard that east of the I-5 should be avoided. Is this true?

Does any one know anything about natomas crossing specifically?
