Hi My name is Sunny. I am new to bigger pockets and real estate investing. My background is in retail sales and I was a realtor for 3 years. I have always been interested in real estate investing specifically in flipping and rehab. I recently found a family friend who showed interest in becoming a private lender for me. He asked me to create a detailed business plan and send it to him. I don’t have much experience on creating a business plan and to make things more interesting he lives in the UK.

My questions would be, are there services who will help me create a business plan?

How would taxes work for an out of county investor?

What are some thing I should be looking or considering in this situation?

I would love to hear some stories on how you financed your first flip with not much money out of pocked?
