Thanks Brian!

Hello, my business partner and I are looking forward to investing in multi-family residential in the Cleveland metro. Can anyone please recommend attorneys we can reach out to for the transaction? Thank you!

Hello, I'm an out-of-state investor looking to enter the Cleveland market. I would like to connect with brokers who specialize in multi-unit residental properties (preferably duplex and quads). Please let me know if you can assist and we can take it from there. Thank you.

Hi Everyone, We are out-of-town (based in NJ) investors considering properties in the Cleveland area. Question: We are looking to purchase a duplex or a quadplex in the metro area. We are ok with performing minor updates but want to avoid full-scale renovations. To that end, in your opinion, what is the age-range of the buildings we should be consider? Thanks!

Hi Odie,

I'm based in Piscataway. Where are you located?

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the art of real-estate investing and am excited to join this forum! I'm based in NJ and have one property thus far to call mine - my home. But I have a long-term mindset and look forward building my portfolio.

I would love to connect with other members of the BP community. Being a newbie, I'm focused on education. What are some resources you recommend on how to evaluate properties and locations? I'm interested in multi-family residential buildings with 4-8 units and would love to chat with investors, agents and wholesalers who are involved with similar properties.

Looking forward to this journey!
