Hi Everyone, We are out-of-town (based in NJ) investors considering properties in the Cleveland area. Question: We are looking to purchase a duplex or a quadplex in the metro area. Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the art of real-estate investing and am excited to join this forum! I'm based in NJ and have one property thus far to call mine - my home. But I have a long-term mindset and look forward building my portfolio.
