Fellow Investors,, I had a damage to my property in Forth Worth, TX due to Hail/Rain. Filed the Insurance claim. Requesting help on these 2 items.

1. How can I estimate the cost to replace the Roof(Ashphalt Shingles - Architectural) ~ 100 Sq ft., Replace the Gutter ~240 ft.

2. Can you refer any reputable contractors in that area who can do the work please?

Thanks and appreciate the help!!!

@Allen Wu that’s what I ended up doing😊!!!

@Chris Mason that is a great post Chris, thanks and appreciate u taking the time to explain it.

Guys sorry it’s a typo, I meant *Fund not find 😊

Iam curious about this, currently the properties I got were funded by a local (Tx) mortgage lender. I have heard people getting funding from credit unions out of state to buy in a different state? Is it possible and is it specific to different states? If someone can educate me, on how it works, would really appreciate it!!!

@Matthew Jordan I know heard it but has to over pay a little more in the negotiation as it was so competitive, which made the cash flow slim.
