@Isca Harmatz Thanks! I forgot to mention that I'm in CA as well! :) My husband and I moved here 6 months ago from NJ. We've been investing in NJ and are looking in Cleveland because my husband is originally from there. We're currently under contract for a few places in the Ohio City area (2 duplexes and one 8-unit).

I'm also interested in finding out what the reputable property management companies are in this area. Isca, among the ones that you talked with, did you have a favorable impression of any of them?

@Manalo D, I'm looking for good/house grade for my own home, which I'll be purchasing in the next couple of months. After that, it will depend on where and what type of investment will be next - fix and flip or buy and hold. Thanks!

Thanks so much for sharing! I'm about to contract for my first multi-family, so this is very helpful. Also, I'd be interested in your next Bronx investments, so let's connect!
