Maybe more than what you need, but I use Realeflow.com (competitor to propstream and others), which has a feature called "Moby" that allows creation of text campaigns. So, you could create a "Cash Buyers" campaign and opt-in people to which you can then send text blasts as needed. I use the feature for a number of such functions, including blasting out rental vacancy texts to everyone on my tenant waiting list. But this is a full CRM, property lead and marketing system that may be overkill if all you want is text blasts.
How do you like Moby? How does their opt in work?
@Sharad M. Im about to sign up, sad price increased.

looking for a new CRM. I currently use Followupboss, prop stream, I alternate between calltools and mojo, I've also tried smarter contact
Im looking for a CRM that incorporates all of this but Im not paying a crazy amount. I also used to use investor carrot but went ahead and went with Wordpress/ and payed someone on fiver to create my website which has worked but Now im really wanting to understand how to add and take care of SEO for my website to get more leads.
I love everything about followup boss- but I need a dialer/ would like to text and would like texting campaigns. Seems like REsimply has everything I'm looking for so I will probably try that.. Can someone tell me what they pay monthly for business expenses for their software.. I've thought of polio but I would need to integrate so many things and I'm sure the price adds up.
