Hi All, my name is Suzette and I currently live in Long Beach, Cali! I'm here to learn and start and grow my REI business. My goal is to start with a house hack and continue from there. That being said, I'm looking to purchase my first multi family and am thinking of the Spokane, Washington area? Anyone have any advise about that area and surrounds? Thanks for responses.
