I am newbie investor seeking capital partners.   I met a woman on the plane this morning  mentioned that she and her husband her husband are trying to sell 7 to 10 properties that they inherited in 2006, in the Boise, ID (and surrounding) area.

I propose doing the sweat equity if you'll provide the capital let's split it 50-50.   If that's not good for you let me know what is !!    I'd  Love to hear from you. I'll provide you more details when we connect.

I have been talking with a couple investors who would take the role of being the money partner. I would take the wrong says the working partner. In talking with investors I have found a couple of themes. 1. I have found that most investors want help with doorknocking. Is that actually The best way to find off-market leads? 2. One investor is asking me to write up a business proposal about how I could work with him doing this. I am looking for feedback and want to know what you would want to know from somebody who is helping you do your door knocking? Thank you for your help!! I am looking forward to your comments.
