Welcome to BP! I'm an investor in New Jersey as well, we should connect and see if there's anything we can work on moving forward.

I'm an investor doing SFH fix and flips and rentals in Ocean and Monmouth County, New Jersey. I was hoping to connect with any wholesalers to help improve our deal flow and make it a bit more consistent.

Agreed with Brandon, it does depend on the size of the deal they'd be working on. 

However, I do have two personal recommendations for a lawyer and an accountant/firm that I've been incredibly happy with after going through several of each. The lawyer is incredibly personable and owns plenty of real estate, so he's not just a paper attorney. Our accountant is incredibly creative and aggressive with our tax strategy as well. He's part of a much larger firm with several offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
