Hello All

Thanks for your inputs...

I'm renovating a 1800 sq ft house with all new bathrooms  and kitchen. I'm stuck with the roof which has got few tree damages, roof repair costing me 1500 whereas roof replacement costing me 4000.

What to decide?

Hello All

I really appreciate all the inputs from the real estate gurus on this Bigger pockets. I need some suggestions and references to get cash out refinance or HELOC for my rental properties. Currently I own a SFH worth 95k in GA and a condo worth 55k in VA, these were bought in the last 2 months. Completely renovated and ready for rent. Please suggest appropriate path, most of the banks need seasoning period of 6 months.

Thanks

Hello All

Need some help from you folks

We completed our first rehab property and listed it on the market. we got a serious buyer too, now in due diligence period...........

We lately found out a vent not working, the unit is 10 years old and no problem with it and sent an A/C technician to find out

2 duct pipes for HVAC are NOT as per the code and furnace panel is not intact. Recommended Replacement of the whole unit

Please suggest, whether to replace it right away now or wait for the Home Inspector to point out. Either way its out of the expected profits

Thanks all for your continued support
