sorry cant spell to well but i understand and i work long hours now so hard work isnt the problem but my company would like to work with the bulk home buyers other then just one home at a time and we do work in are area but its hard like you said to get deals so we have started everywhere we do have homes in TN,OH,IN,AR,AL,MI,and so on and we are ready to work harder and again sorry for my spelling to tell the truth that is my weak point

we are a small investment company out of il. we mostly do contact for deed but we dont have the cash flow yet to buy are own homes we do have about 358k in contact for deeds sold and a few more we are working on but at this speed we will not do well we do all of are own ads and contacts and we meet with every buyer we are set up in every state in the usa for are llc or will be as we get more homes in these states so far we have and are working with some investors but they cant keep go with use on needing homes so how would we get more homes to sell with little money to spend here is are website:[LINK REMOVED] james [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]

well a few years ago i worked for a small property investor in lapine oregon and he had like 5 people working for him buying homes well when he hired me. all the other people where doing mailings to the people that owned the property well i didnt like doing that so i called made my deal and drove to them and got deal signed we i bought the guy 87 propertys in 18 months and he had the other people doing other stuff and i was the only one left to do the buying so driving to the people does really work and i never had a deal go south on me if that is what you are asking?

I dont know about most people but i would never do direct mailing i am the one that would jup in my car and drive to the peoples house and get the deal done, have done it this way for years and it really works
