I've got the basics down. I need help with building a buyer's list. What is the best way to do so in a small college town? I plan to wholesale in surrounding areas as well, Savannah, Ga is about an hour away. Should I build a strong buyer's list before putting a property under contract? Or would I have any luck with marketing a property before having a list of buyers?
