Post: Will AI cause a housing recession?

Goldman Sachs released a reporting stating that 300 million jobs will be replaced or displaced by AI in the near future.  If this happens we will see a severe housing recession because people won't be able to pay rent or mortgage payments.  Anyone concerned about this?

My bank account charges a $15 wire fee when the property management company sends me rent income. Does anyone have suggestions for banks that don’t charge wire fees and have low minimums?

I currently have one rental property and also work as a 1099 contractor. I would like to create an LLC for the property and also probably an s corp for my contractor position. I would like to then acquire additional properties in the future. Is it better to work with a CPA, attorney or both?
