Thanks, @Cole Sullivan. I'm trying to find a reliable, one-stop solution vs checking multiple sources but maybe that doesn't exist. It can be a bit time-consuming to check different places - same for home values. Thank you.

Between BiggerPockets estimator and Propstream, which rent estimator do you find most accurate? Or are they pulling from the same data source? (I saw a 2 year old post on this but wondering what' the most accurate today)
