I’m looking for recommendations on personal coaching for a mixed use  and commercial property transaction. The first opportunity is a mixed use facility and the second is a commercial building. 

I’m looking for someone to assist in evaluating the acquisitions and offer guidance on funding. I have residential investment property but this is my first commercial and looking for a seasoned paid coach.
