Looking for a good contractors with a reasonable cost. 

Please triple-check the company. One company asked $10k and promised I'll make all my fees and more in less than 6 months, but it was a scam. They took all the good deals themselves and give you leftovers that 99% will not make money. They change LLC names so they can catch more new people, so you need to deep harder to find them.

I bought a mentor program, then the mentor I liked quit before I get anything out of it. I was told I can easily make double my money back in 6 months, so far I have not able to make a cent with their program. Their tax lien list not good at all and they were trying to promote it like it's "Diamond". They promised so much but don't deliver, saying it is not in the contract....when they purposely wrote the contract in such general terms you don't have any support. Very disappointed so far. Will update if anything changed.

Unfortunately I got scammed bought into their pitch. There is nothing good to buy from their list. They wrote the contract in general terms, so they can get away not delivering from what they promised in the meeting. They did change their name to avoid people finding out about their bad reviews and law suits.

I am 1 person don't like to get my family involved, how can I structure an LLC to utilize the Trump new tax deduction and legal protection when california don't recognize 1 member LLCs and loose all the LLC legal protection?

I heard if I use 1 member LLC from WY and have california LLC in it, still the california will apply california law (dont recognize 1 member LLCs).

Will having an entity be my second member work or will it be penetrated?

Will having 2 members california LLC still benefit from new Trump's sole proprietor tax deduction code from last week?

Anyone with real life experienced with 1 member california LLC law suits last few years? does it have protection?

I am open to any other creative ideas?
