Thank you @Lydia T, I have asked many "how much for mentorship" , many say they do not have time to teach, others tell me to go to youtube but I want hands on so I can learn from experience. Im already a busy owner, so I try to offer free service. But it have not work yet. But I will not give up.

Is there a mentor out there to help me with my first deal here in  Suffolk, Virginia. I would like to do wholesale deals then later learn to get rental properties. I just would like to get my feet wet in the game here, I know it is a lot of people doing wholesaling right now and would like to be another on in the game. 

I use it everyday, have not had any luck yet but is always hopeful.

I already have a business doing Property Preservation, I am want to start doing wholeselling, I am in Suffolk Virginia, and want to learn and start doing it. Is any one willing to teach me?
