@Greg Moore I put 5% of every commission check into cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin will be king by 2040 and the available amount is quickly shrinking.

Hi Community-

I have 2.35 acres of land that is zoned residential. I wanting to build multifamily housing, but don't have 20% down payment cash to secure the construction financing. How do people find investors that help with these kinds of deals?

I am a newbie to the real estate business. My partner and I are starting a investing business in January. Anyone got any advice for this new guy? Any tips?
