@Tim G. Unfortunately I missed it =( I found the NSDREI website hoping to get an idea of when the next meeting will be and also meeting times but nothing is posted for October yet. Are the meetings always held at the same time? If so, when? I'm loving the "catladyinvestments.com" domain but I'd hate to exclude the dog people entirely ;-)

Hi everyone! My name is Tallie Noble and I'm a California native. I have a full time job as a scientist; I love science but it doesn't pay well! My goal is to buy multifamily homes here in Southern CA as well as far Northern CA where I'm originally from to generate cash flow for retirement. I am currently studying to get my real estate sales license which I feel will help me in this venture. I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts incessantly. There is so much good information in the podcasts as well as on this site. I haven't even scratched the surface yet! I'm excited to learn as much as I can from you all =)
