Hey BP Community,
I"m curious to know how you go about finding reliable skilled general labor workers in Dallas. Is it mainly by word-of-mouth? Are these good sites besides Craigslist that are helpful? Would appreciate any leads you may have. Thanks.

Post: Buyers Termination of Contract

Hello,
I have decided to withdraw from a home deal. I was purchasing a home and now I want to Term the Contract. The Appraisal had not been completed yet for the home. The Buyer has been informed of my decision and has agreed to release the Earnest money.
There is no Realtor involved in this deal. What form should I use to Term the Contract. I went to TREC and found a Notice of Buyers Termination of Contract. Is this the proper form to be sent to the Seller? I didnt see a place for the the Sellers signature on the form.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide to me on this matter.

Thank you so much everyone for all the feedback. The contract is not signed I will be negotiating a lower earnest price.

Im trying to be informed in my negotiations so I just wanted to see if over 3% of asking was standard for earnest.
Thanks Todd
