Thanks guys, this is all truly helping me a great deal. The property was giving to me buy my father and I never intended to live in it so I have been renting it. Even my dad mentioned I should probably sell because it previously appraised for much more. I have been looking for other investment properties but it's expensive here in California. I think I'm going to have to check out some other states to get the most return for my money.

Thanks all for the great advice. I was leaning towards selling and now I have made a decision that I will. I agree that I can use the money to do much more. I will be back again looking more further advice when I get ready to purchase my next property.

$2000 is exactly how much I get a month in rent. I'm just not sure which is the most profitable way to go.

Hi everyone! I'm new to this blog and new to the rehabbing and flipping business. I currently own 1 property, free and clear that appraises at $400k+. I want to to flip more properties but I'm not sure how to fund it. Currently, I have rental tenants living in the home. Should I sell this property or take out a line of credit on this home so that I can invest in flipping more properties?

Hi Raul, I'm just as new as you are and I live in Oakland so we share the beautiful bay. I have been on this blog reading different post and gathering information that has been excellent so far.
