Hi there!

Looking to purchase a single detached property in either Nashville, Kansas City (Kansas side), or Pittsburgh areas with the intent to rent to families. Interested in locations with good school rating and convenient metro/shopping etc. 

Hoping to get some feedback from this community on desirable zip codes in these cities with growth/income potential, and ease of rentals.
