Hello everyone,

My name is Tamara. I am a newer investor. So far we have set up an LLC and I just opened my first SDIRA accounts. My husband is a real estate agent and has been in the mortgage business for 18 years. The two of us have been reading everything and attending many of the investing seminars. We have an opportunity for our first flip and just made the verbal offer.

Now, we need to determine whether to do the deal in the IRA or for our company. What is the best way to find investor funding? I want to learn more about specific borrowing options.
