The house is in the West End. I have never heard of the Fuller Center. I will definitely look into that @erikhitzelberger. Thank you

MichaelaG. great info. I am definitely going to check into the fire dept option. With the condition of the house the donation seems like the only route I can go. Rod Sanford I tried to donate it to Habitat and because of the tax liens they rejected my offer. So I'm guessing a second job to pay off the liens and then give it away may be my only out. Do Private Lenders invest in properties like this? If I can't give it away. It sounds crazy, a house I can't even GIVE AWAY.

Hello all,
I have been browsing for months but this is my first question. Please any advice is appreciated. Due to divorce I filed bankruptcy and included my house. So I thought, but the Mortgage company sent a letter to the house months after I left saying they were releasing the mortgage and giving me the property. I found out 2 yrs later after squatters and the copper being stolen, and I am not currently in the position to fix it up along with the burden of all the tax liens and city citations. Investors won't touch it and it won't sale at the tax sale. Please advise what can I possibly do to either get rid of this burden or find money to atleast fix it up and rent it out. Please Help. I have been studying and trying to find a way to enter into investing maybe this can be my in.
