Post: Rental walk through service

I am looking to start a walk through service that provides landlords a virtual 360 model of their rental units automatically every 3 months.

We contact and schedule the walk through automatically with the tenants and send the landlord a link of the model after every walk through.

We think this can be a major benefit to landlords because:

It will help keep tenants accountable for keeping their rental clean and maintained.

Would show the landlords what the current condition of their unit is.

Would give the landlords documentation of the condition just in case of a law suit.

Show the landlord what needs to be maintained and kept up

Expose horrible tenants that need to be evicted before to much damage is done.

And much much more.

We are wanting to charge a monthly fee but have know idea if this service would be of interest to landlords and how much we should charge.

We are thinking $40 a month and we do a walkthrough every 3 months.

You input would be much appreciated thank you.

I have partners on a duplex and they are wanting to buy me out. They are wanting to refinance the property to pay me. Will a bank loan them money without me signing for the loan?
