@Maddy Lakshmanan what I've seen is that investors are being more cautious and thoughtful about the areas and properties they are investing in, but ultimately there is still a lot of opportunity in the Phoenix market.

Over the last 15 years appreciation has been astounding with 2020-2021 obviously reaching numbers that we haven't seen before. You certainly can't shoot at the target with a blindfold on given the correction we are seeing. That said, I work with investors who are loving the acquisition prices for rentals as well as flippers who, when buying properly, are still having a lot of success.

With the whiplash from the Phoenix market over the last few years, investors have found themselves constantly evaluating and refining the way we buy properties. What zip codes across the Phoenix metro area do you see as the best zip codes for a flip today?
