Thanks Antonio - very solid pov. From what you've seen, what are some great rental "differentiators"? I can think of a few and they're usually market dependent (e.g., hot tub, sauana, views)

Looking to purchase an STR in Sevierville / Smokies. It will be our first one. How has the market held up? Research is showing my that top perform STRa with good amenities, location, and reviews will be fine.

I am seeing lots of cabins sitting on the market, with drastic price cuts. Has me worried about what the exit of a purchase would look like. 

Any thing else I should be thinking / asking about?
