I would use sherwin williams
lotus pod sw 7572 same as Phil's picture
and for the brown, leather brown sw 6118
the only thing I would change would be to put Svelte sage sw6164 on your triangle inset above windows and front door. It would stand out from the reddish brown brick plus the renter would say honey you remember the green door that one was really cute!

So while flipping it is smart to use the money from your rent houses to get a tax deduction! Is there a book or a blog that has all the possible tax deductions?

And what is marginal rate? Is that what I sold the property for or the profit I made off of it.

Well since I have never lived in this house wouldn't it automatically be considered business. And I am thinking about flipping just to build up income to keep buying rentals.

I am closing this week on a property I bought a year ago for 50k started renovations well more my manual labor, but anyway I sold it for 103k. I was wondering how do I figure out what to send uncle sam for taxes. And my next question is how much taxes would I have owed if I sold it before I had owned it for a year! I only sold it because I want to finish renovating a bigger house that I have. I have started reading book on hard money lending, and mortgages before this I did and still do interior design and faux finishing for the past 10 years. Any help on taxes mortgages a better way to fund this than my own money that is safe Im all ears.
