Jen-

I have used bloodhoundllc.com most recently for skip-tracing purposes and I have been very satisfied. At one point I had a question and left my cell as well as my email, (didn't think I would get a call back but rather an email) and it was maybe 30 minutes they called and answered my question. Very personable! I have used other " skip tracers " before them and had medium results if I was lucky. My brother turned me to them. He is an investor. He has used to them for some time now.

How do you beat the next person getting to a foreclosure? I can not get in touch with these people and I can not find a deal?
