Thanks @River Sava - we're really hoping for turnkey, but would be open to some minor rehab projects. We know enough to be comfortable taking on some projects but definitely have a lot of learning to do as far as rehabbing goes.

My husband and I are new to real estate investing and getting ready to start looking for our first opportunity in the Wichita, KS and surrounding-city areas. Right now we're working on learning as much as we can and growing our network so we're ready to jump when the right opportunity comes along.

We're most interested in long-term and small multi-family rentals and eventually would like to explore short-term rentals. Our goal is to start building generational wealth and create some financial flexibility as our family grows.
