The property is worth 63k, it's a duplex. It still needs close to 20k worth of rehab. I'm really a novice at this the situation kind of just fail on my lap and now I'm trying to run with it. I don't know how to do the work my self. I don't know what I have to do to get a loan and pull cash out. If you could explain it to me that would be great because I need help, education and tips

I just purchased my first rental property this past October, or maybe I should say given to me it was 1$. Eitheir way I'm new to real estate investing and I don't have the money to pay for renovations. I would truly appreciate if someone could give me some advice on what I can do
