Hello Bigger Pockets family,

My name is Tarrance from Silver Spring, MD. My wife Whitney and I are interested in getting into flipping in our area. I have been researching a lot and stumbled across this website and it's been a wealth of knowledge. We are interested in connecting with real-estate investors from the area to pick up tips and things to avoid.

Thanks,

Tarrance
