Great advice. Thank you. I'm going to look into the REIA meetings. I understand setting "realistic" goals, but I also understand why people set their goals a little high. Difficult, but not impossible. If we only aim for what other people have then we'll only have what other people have. But my goal is definitely not 10,000 a month lol. Thank you @Cornelius Charles

I''m going to start wholesaling in DC, MD and VA. I feel like I have a good knowledge of what it entails. I'm looking for any advice on the process, things to do, things not to do, what to look out for, when to walk away, etc.
