What sites and/or screening criteria/requirements/rules do you have and used that’s helped you screened “good” tenants?

@Dean R. I have been planning to “quit the cube.” What I need to work out is how to do so with a little baby as a single parent (medical insurance and a stable safe home is necessary for us). Slowly, but surely, I’ll get there! The goal is in 2-3 more years. Meanwhile, I’ve been soft flipping (living in the home, renovating as we go and selling for profit). On our second house now. And looking for a rental property in the coming months for cash flow. I wish I can hear more about your story! #Inspiration
