Hey everyone, so I went to my first real estate club meeting last night. I spoke with a few people and everyone had business cards. Someone told me that that's what I should have also which I knew that. My question is since I haven't done anything as of yet, should I put on my card that I'm an investor or just have my name and contact info. I didn't want to say I'm a investor if I haven't invested or done anything. What do you think?

Matthew T. That is something I haven't even heard of but I knew that it had to be something that can come out of a SFH property using an FHA LOAN

Drew MacDermott I guess I need to learn how to search for properties. All I use is realtor.com and came up with 3 listings.

Drew MacDermott that is what I am thinking. I'd rather have someone else pay for the expenses but for some reason this area seems to have no properties of that type. I guess I'll have to wait til something comes along
Justin Hunt are you still able to find multi family properties in the upstate sc area?

I am planning on purchasing a SFH using an FHA loan. So, I'll live in it for a year or 2 and move out and rent the property but after that I'm stuck on what's next. Has anyone done this and it worked out for them or does that seem like a waste of time and money?
Spartanburg seems to have more
