@Brad Kanouse Have you considered utilizing Business credit cards? You can usually find them at 0% Interest anywhere from 9-24 months? I've seen some people go even longer at 0% if you know what you're doing?

Units generate a combined $357K per year gross income. The property has been kept up-to-date and is well cared for by the current owner.
