Hi All! I'm located in NC, Marion to be exact. We have been looking for apartment complexes in the surrounding states for a few weeks and was hoping anyone had any good leads to find some cheap apartment complexes. We don't care if they are full guts and renos. Hoping to find a 20+ apartment complex 700k or less. I have been looking at loopnet and few other sites but was hoping maybe locals in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia had some more narrowed down leads to people struggling with their complex or foreclosed complexes. Thank you guys!!!
